Collaborate research grant for engineering tissue regeneration and monitoring using biodegradable photonic materials has been funded by Korea National Research Foundation. This grant will establish a Basic Research Laboratory (BRL) with Prof. Heungsoo Shin (Hanyang University) and Prof. Hee Ho Park (Kangwon National University), and develop a novel methodology to detect inflammation reaction and accelerate tissue regeneration with biodegradable photonic crystals.
