Suhyun Kim received the Outstanding Paper Award at Korean Biomaterials Society annual meeting 2022 held in Jeju. Her poster presentation entitled “Magnetic nanoparticle-based specific enrichment for biomarker of transplant rejection in the human blood samples” has been attracted much attention from the audience and committee of the conference. Prof. Joo was awarded the Professor of the Year Award for his contributions to research in University of Ulsan College of Medicine. This is one of the highest recognitions in the University of Ulsan College of Medicine, presented to the faculty.

Prof. Joo has been named as a recipient of the 2019 Cheong-Am Science Fellowship from POSCO TJ Park Foundation.
