Seohyun Kim, who joined our laboratory in September 2024, has successfully completed her Master’s thesis defense. Her graduate research focused on developing lipid nanoparticle (LNP)-based CRISPR delivery platforms. She worked exceptionally hard to optimize LNP formulations using diverse molecular/cellular biology techniques and in vivo animal models, significantly enhancing the delivery efficiency of both CRISPR RNPs and mRNAs.
