Our research on CRISPR RNP delivery technology using lipid-silica hybrid nanoparticles has been published in the journal Small. The paper is titled “FAST-CRISPR: Fusogenic Association and Secured Transfection of CRISPR/Cas9 Ribonucleoproteins Using Lipid-Silica Hybrid Nanoparticles for Therapeutic Genome Editing”. Minjong led this study as the first author.

This work introduces a direct cytosolic delivery system utilizing membrane fusion, demonstrating significantly faster and higher delivery efficiency compared to conventional LNPs. In recognition of its scientific excellence and impact, the paper has been selected to be featured on the Front Cover of the journal. Congratulations to Minjong and the team!
